Have not seen the GM really, but also have not seen any large number of issues that would require one. Playerbase is nice and willing to help each other. I feel I may not be able to judge some of the categories, but the server has been pretty rock solid. It does what I imagine is a very fair job at keeping a balance of QOL while in lower rates.

gather ro.. good to play, because it's not too difficult for leveling.. as far as I play ragnarok.. maybe this is one of the best.. come and try to play.. I think you guys will like... Update review. Server now has access to episode gears up to 19.1, and powerful JRo items. Grinding is easy since zeny is no longer a problem. Server is also regularly updated by gm and discord is very active. Many players are helpful too.
Guild competition is still dead though and primary form of currency is mvp vouchers.
